With the latest app version, we enhanced the loyalty experience with a new “points” counter integrating with the Givex loyalty engine for digital loyalty cardsOne of the main strategic goals of the new version of the site was to reduce dependency on price-based specials and bring customers to individual product ordering. Each product was given an SEO-friendly landing page to showcase the wide variety of pizzas in an easy-to-navigate customer experience.The relaunch of the site saw an immediate lift in sales with a 50% reduction of bounce rate from the homepage. The new site was also designed to be responsive, allowing the sometimes complex configuration process to be fully accessible via mobile web.
