Juno engaged us to develop their website and mobile application, to coincide with the opening of their first clinic location with the goal of acquiring customers and building their service platform.

24/7 Support with the Juno App

Juno clients can opt in to memberships that provide 24/7 access to virtual care, annual exams, same-day urgent appointments, state-of-the art (and really nice) clinics, all wrapped with a digital experience that helps them track and monitor their pets’ health.

Telehealth for your furry friends


The mobile application creates your pet’s one stop care shop, where appointments can be managed, prescriptions automatically renewed, and a full history of your pet’s medical history can be stored, for everything ranging from diagnostics and immunizations to medication history and invoices.

With a thorough discovery and design phase, user experience was at the forefront of our discussions with Juno, as together, we wanted to create a pet care platform that would establish a new best-in-class and maybe even make us wish a similar service existed for human care.
